TramaUse casesA prep note before every meeting

Calendar trigger

Get a prep note ten minutes before every meeting

Ten minutes before each meeting, a note with who is coming, the agenda and what to prepare.

Describe it to Trama: “10 minutes before each meeting, send me a note with who is attending, the agenda and what I should prepare.” Trama watches the calendars on your Mac, and before each matching event it has AI turn the event’s details into a short prep note, delivered as a notification.

What to type

Press Cmd+Option+X from any app and describe it in your own words. For example:

“10 minutes before each meeting with people outside my company, send me a notification with who is attending, the agenda and what I should prepare.”

If anything is unclear — which spreadsheet, which channel, what time — Trama asks before it builds.

What Trama builds

  1. Trigger: Calendar event. Fires a set number of minutes before an event on your Mac’s calendars; can filter by title or calendar.
  2. AI step. Turns the attendees, description and notes into a short prep list.
  3. Output: Notification. Click it for the full note.

You see these steps before anything runs. Ask questions, change any of them in plain English, then switch the automation on.

Make it yours

Change it by saying what you want different:

  • “…and pull my last emails with them from Mail.” — adds a Read Mail step.
  • “…only for meetings with ‘interview’ in the title.”
  • “…save the note to Apple Notes.”

What you need
