By downloading, installing, or using Trama ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Ernandes Cavalheiro ("we", "us", "our"), the developer of Trama.
Trama is a macOS application that allows users to create, manage, and run AI-powered automations using plain language. The App may communicate with our backend servers to authenticate users, enforce plan limits, run integration steps, and proxy AI requests.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Trama. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
You may sign in using a third-party provider (GitHub or Google). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under it. Notify us immediately at support@trama.so if you suspect unauthorised use.
You agree not to use Trama to:
Trama is available on a free tier and paid plans (Pro, Max). Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
Free tier includes limited daily runs and a cap on the number of automations, as described on our pricing page.
Cancellation. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period; we do not issue prorated refunds for unused time, except where required by law.
Trial. New accounts include a free Pro trial. At the end of the trial, your account reverts to the Free tier unless you subscribe.
You may configure Trama to use your own API keys from third-party AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, Groq). When BYOK is enabled, AI calls are made directly from your Mac to the provider — we do not proxy them. You are solely responsible for any costs incurred with your chosen provider and for complying with that provider's terms of service.
Trama and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App, or reverse engineer it, except as permitted by applicable law.
You retain ownership of the automations you create and the content you process through them.
Trama integrates with third-party services (Slack, Notion, GitHub, etc.). Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.
Trama is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of Trama, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to Trama at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or if we decide to discontinue the service. You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it from Settings. Termination does not affect provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, notify you via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Your continued use of Trama after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of Brazil, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
